Plenty of perfect food at breakfast time. The rooms with glass all round and long curtain, for instance. Marvellous location just next door to surrounding area, and bus stop. Also, in many different activities which are extra-paid.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The activities offered, like husky sledding and snowmobile tours, were exhilarating and added to the adventure. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the dinner menu was outstanding, with a variety of dishes to choose from. Despite some minor design flaws, the overall experience was unforgettable. Our stay at Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort was absolutely magical. We stayed in a large igloo for two people and it was perfect. The room was comfortable and had a toilet, which was convenient. The highlight was laying in bed and witnessing the spectacular northern lights. The resort is located in a beautiful, natural setting, and both the igloo and cabin accommodations were cozy and comfortable. The planetarium was also impressive. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from the warm check-in process to transporting our luggage on a sled to our igloo. The excursions, such as husky sledding and aurora hunting, were incredible and made our holiday unforgettable.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Free bunny ears on Easter Sunday, beautiful snowy surroundings
The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, the food was sub-par for the price, and the igloo had poor lighting and uncomfortable beds. The location was also difficult to access with limited transportation options.
